High-Concentration Sulfamic Acid Formula for Industrial Systems.
EcoCare® SP-90 is a premium, dry-acid-based liquid descaler formulated with over 50% Sulfamic Acid. Engineered for heavy-duty industrial heat transfer equipment, it rapidly dissolves calcium, lime-scale, magnesium, and iron deposits that compromise system efficiency.
Key Industrial Advantages:
High Potency: The >50% concentration ensures rapid penetration of thick mineral crusts in cooling towers, boilers, and heat exchangers.
Low Corrosivity: Unlike Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic Acid), Sulfamic Acid is significantly safer on stainless steel, copper, and brass when used as directed.
Non-Fuming: Safer for operators to handle in enclosed industrial environments compared to volatile mineral acids.
Efficiency Recovery: Restores optimal heat transfer and flow rates, significantly reducing energy consumption and equipment downtime.
Applications:
Boilers & Cooling Towers: Removes hard water scale and "milkstone."
Heat Exchangers & Condensers: Cleans internal tubing without heavy pitting.
Industrial Pipelines: Descales water-carrying lines in manufacturing plants.
Pre-Painting Treatment: Acts as a metal pickling agent for surface preparation.
Safety & Usage:
WARNING: This is an industrial-strength acidic product. Always use personal protective equipment (PPE), including acid-resistant gloves and goggles.
Dilution: Recommended dilution ratio is 1:10 to 1:20 depending on the severity of the scale. Consult the technical data sheet for specific metallurgy compatibility.
