Professional degreasing for busy restaurants and cafés.
From oily stovetops to sticky chimney hoods, EcoCare Kitchen Degreaser helps break down grease, grime and baked-on food residue on compatible washable kitchen surfaces. This food-grade concentrated kitchen degreaser is suited to restaurant, café and commercial-kitchen cleaning routines. Its citrus-powered formula and generous 5-litre can make it a practical supply for regularly used kitchens.
One kitchen cleaner for the greasy jobs
- Targets stubborn oil and grease: helps lift cooking residue from compatible surfaces before you wipe or rinse.
- For stovetops, chimneys, ovens and grills: clean greasy kitchen areas with one purpose-made degreaser.
- For compatible stainless-steel surfaces: a non-abrasive cleaning formula for everyday kitchen maintenance.
- Fresh citrus fragrance: leaves your cleaning routine feeling fresh.
- Economical 5 L pack: a larger supply for homes, restaurants and frequently used kitchens.
Concentrated cleaning for food-service kitchens
Use the concentrate according to the pack dilution instructions for the surface and level of grease. Food-grade kitchen-cleaning suitability does not replace the need to rinse food-contact surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.

How to use
- Let the appliance cool and switch it off. Check the product label and surface manufacturer's cleaning guidance; test a small hidden area first.
- Apply to the greasy surface as directed on the pack. Allow the formula time to work without letting it dry.
- Wipe with a damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn buildup, repeat as needed using the label instructions.
- Rinse food-contact surfaces and cookware thoroughly with clean water before use.
Follow the pack directions for dilution, contact time and suitable surfaces. Avoid spraying electrical parts and do not mix with other cleaning products.
